Statutory Definition
The Copyright Act defines “literary works” as “works, other than audiovisual works, expressed in words, numbers, or other verbal or numerical symbols or indicia, regardless of the nature of the material objects, such as books, periodicals, manuscripts, phonorecords, film, tapes, disks, or cards, in which they are embodied.” (17 U.S.C. § 101)

In other words, please do not use your right mouse button (copy, paste, print, ect.) to claim this work as your own at any time while accessing this page. I’m giving you my trust in this blog, and I expect your respect in return. I am, however, open to the file sharing of these documents, meaning that you are free to show, post, print, copy, and paste (or whatever else suits you) my stuff, just as long as you give me credit for it. Also, a reminder will be posted at the bottom of each work for this reason.
